The company has built its identity around an inclusive recruitment policy primarily focused on women in vulnerable situations.
As the firm expands internationally, this model is increasingly questioned.

Several HR policy scenarios are considered, revealing tensions between social mission, perceived fairness, and organizational performance.

The case invites students to analyze these trade-offs and develop a structured strategic recommendation.
