This case study explores the challenges Source Mobile encounters in adopting innovative web 3.0 technologies into their digital marketing strategy so as to build interactive communities for their customers.
The case study is centered around Source Mobile, an idea of Bouygues Telecom, that proposes a sustainable mobile plan to users. The case study delves into the French telecoms sector whilst laying out the digital strategy of Source Mobile in France, before then presenting the challenging objective of the brand to adopt web 3.0 principles in building engaging communities that will recruit and retain customers.
