SERV'ALL: First steps in carbon accounting

Serv'all is a fictional case study designed to familiarise business school students with the principles of carbon accounting and its applications.
Using a limited set of data, they can produce their first simplified corporate carbon footprint, understand the nature of the data used and compare the financial and carbon costs of a product offering.
