Résumé

This case explores the impact of fast fashion around the world, using available date and appropriate teaching resources.
It tells the story of Paola, a marketing student with a passion for fashion who is doing an internship with Zara, a Spanish fast fashion company.
Very enthusiastic at the beginning of her internship, she starts ti become aware of the negative environmental and social consequences of this sector, which leads her to a moral dilemma and eventually to leave Zara to join a sustainable fashion company, Ecoalf.

The case aims to raise students' awareness of the ethical and economic issues associated with fast fashion and to explore sustainable alternatives.

Objectifs pédagogiques

- Guide students to understand and critically analyse the environmental and social impacts of fast fashion
- Foster the development of student's critical thinking skills to evaluate personal consumption habits and explore sustainable alternatives
- Support students in creating and presenting an awareness campaign on the negative effects of fast fashion
