This is January 2026. The cheese platter market has been constantly shrinking for the last few years, and Lou Pérac's customer base is ageing. Your boss wishes to rejuvenate the brand to more specifically attract the Convivial Gourmet Group.

Your mission as an assistant product manager is to devise recommendations in that direction.
Your analysis of the situation, will lead you to develop a new mix to launch a new product/ line of products.
Lactalis R&D and production capacities are such that many recipes can be promptly developed for different types of products that could meet the needs of that target.

Objectifs pédagogiques

- Run and external/ internal analysis and a diagnosis of an evolving market
- Build a double SWOT diagnosis
- Devise several strategic alternatives and know how to arbitrate between these alternatives
- Develop a justified recommendation for evolving sales operations, while identifying Key Success Factors
- Defined quantified strategy marketing objectives
- Devise a marketing plan
- Cost the marketing plan and devise a schedule for the recommended actions
