ERAM Group: Corporate Transformation through CSR*

R0014(GB)
Résumé
* Finalist case for the prize for the best case study RIODD (International Network for Research on Organizations and Sustainable Development) 2019

This case study presents the Eram Group's process of adopting a CSR approach and its implications for its entire activity. It shows the role of external stakeholders in raising the Group's awareness of its social and environnemental impact and implementing actions.

We follow the Group through the various stages of the approach's development. We lead the students to question these actions and to propose new ones.
This case aIso raises the question of the sustainability of the fast fashion sector and our behaviour as consumers.

This case study is a good example of how CSR can transform a company.
