This case study analyses the commitment of a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), Ressources Mutuelles Assistance (RMA).
RMA employs 250 staff and the organization is specialized in assistance to mutual insurance companies.
RMA was created in 2002, in order to offer services related to their values of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS in French).
This Mutualiste Union was built around the value of Ethics, Solidarity and Proximity. In 2019, RMA has become a member of the VYV group. In a few years, RMA has developed significantly based on a corporate social responsibility (CSR) approach.

The case shows that the management of RMA expresses a strong desire to integrate the challenges of ecological and social transition. This commitment allows RMA to unite all of its stakeholders (employees, customers, service providers, etc.).
The content of the case study is enriched by interviews conducted with the VP of HR and CSR of RMA, the CSR Manager, and a few assistance managers. RMA also made internal documents available to us.
